Q - Can you send me free samples?
A - We cannot send free samples due to the expense factor involved. We will diligently do our best to ensure that needs before purchasing. If your sample order results in a larger purchase, within 30 days, we will credit the original delivery charges against any order in excess of $300.00
Q - What is the typical shipping time?
A - We can accommodate our customers with a large selection of shipping options such as Sea Freight, Air Freight or Air Courier shipping.
Q - What are your products made of?
A – Our products are made from the highest quality woods. Currently we carry birch, imported elm, and other soft and hardwoods. Depending on our customer's preference, our products can be natural wood or stained with environmentally friendly stains of the customer's choosing. |
